MY DAD HAS NEVER HAD ANY THING BUT DEERE'S BUT I FOUND A REAL NICE 986 WITH CAB AND NO TA SO I BOUGHT IT LAST MAY, WE HAVE A 4230, 4440,3010 THE 986 SEEMS TO HAVE A LITTLE WEAKER HYD THAN THE DEERE, IT DOES NOT HANDLE QUIT AS WELL AS THE 4230, BUT IT IS THE ONLY ONE THAT WILL START ON A COLD DAY. FOR THE MONEY I THINK IT IS ALRIGHT. ONE THING I DON'T LIKE IS THE TRANNY LINKAGE ON THE LEFT SIDE, AND IT DON'T SHIFT WORTH A CRAP.
