The Works is a muriatic acid which will not raise eyebrows when purchased by a 14 year old. Also Mom might have some under the sink. (The key to the problem is surface rust, not bad.) Rust with a scale would need a corse meada to knock off the scale. The key to cleaning is to understanding what you are cleaning. You dont use sand paper to remove tar from your car or truck.
