If it's a wide front then it would raise in my esteem, for the stability and ease of steering issue. There is still the 3 point hitch issue, but they can be added for some hundreds of dollars. Central Tractor and others sell the kits. Parts availablity should still be good for the C, but the Ford would be at least as good. I would wonder about the resale on the C, compared to the Ford.
