Hats off to them, they took the lead for polluting more and being more polluted than the United States. When they were being chased around for polluting, they said they had the right to pollute like the USA, while it was a developing country. Only thing is the US didn't know all the hazards of what they were doing. So why be stupid and copy a screw up?
