According to the news? N.D.,Mont.,Sask. and Man. have more oil in the Bakken layer than Saudi had when they first discovered oil years ago. Now they say that if the price of oil goes back to $60 or so they cant afford to drill it. But if it stays high then they don't have enough pipe lines or refineries to get rid of it. What wonderful excuses to keep the price right where the oil co.s want it, huh?
