I'm in the same boat. I am looking at a little smaller trailer though. I am also considering jerry james in sikeston, mo and Big Tex through a retailer here in Indiana.
I'm leaning towards jerry james because a buddy wants me to piggy back a trailer for him, which would help with the fuel costs.
Plus they will apparently build them to suit. The downside is, I would have to put my own lighting on.
I'm wanting a flatbed, no upper rails with 16 feet of deck and 2 feet of dovetail with slide out ramps, trailer brakes on both axles and a rub rail all the way around. Let's see, 3500 lbs axles will work for me and new wheels and tires. Oh, and I want the treated deck rather than the plain pine. It will need fenders and the frame all the way back to them with a 2 5/16 ball receiver and a set back jack. That ought to do it.
I have a gator made trailer on my ebay watch list, though. I haven't called to see what it would cost to have one made like I want. Somerset is a lot closer to me then Sikeston.
