I live 4 miles from Matt& graduated high school with his father in 1963 & they are great people.Like Matt told the girls it"s a show.Some is real an some is hokie.They will buck bales in one of the show"s comoig up.Matt is buying about 100 acres but his dad"s family owns about 1700 an rents the rest.Matt farms with his dad but work"s with a local contractor doing home repair"s its not farming season. He"s not an actor but has a great personalality.The reason most of the filming was not done on their farm his aunt was worried someone would get hurt and they could cause trouble. The first 800 acres was bought out of a john boat in 1947 by Matt"s grandpa and most had to be cleared to farm it. This family is hard working people and their equipment is cherry from the 1964 4020 to the 8410 T. We are proud of this boy,not many around like him. Here in st.louis the show is on CW 11 wednesday at 8 pm.
