Oh no no. Around here the renter takes care the fence lines and mows the ditches unless the land owner wants hay for himself. There is more to farming then just planting and combining. If you want to farm this farm then you do every part of farming. (maintain fencelines, trim around ravines, mow ditches, maintain waterways, keep weeds down, keep fertility up) You are the farmer, not me.
