I would wait for 3 days or until I saw an effective kill... whichever occours first. RoundUp needs some time to translocate to the roots before you disturb the plants. If I was pressed for time and No-Tilling the seed I'd probably drill the seed in first an then burn it off a day later or whenever I could get back BEFORE germination. That's risky on the timeline but I've done it and got away with it.... Also got caught at it with 4-5 days of rain and couldn't spray, so take your pick there.
