moseed said: (quoted from post at 08:51:34 05/23/08) This seller threatened my 100% positive rating stating he would mirror any negative feedback he received from me. I mentioned to him in a return e-mail that feedback where I am concerned is not as big a deal for me because I am a buyer only and so was not as important to me as he surmised. Since, I have tried three separte times to reveal the lack of character on this bad apple with negative feed back and when I click to send it, bingo nothing happens. I can't help but think Craig's list will be seeing more play and other such survices resulting from the new and enlightened e-bay. Those large cororations don't usually make those kinds of moves without thorough confidence it will increase the use of their services. Personnally it will have the opposite effect on this buyer. beware the new e-bay!
Tried one more time to send the buyer warning (negative feedback) and found that due to my lack of computer savy I hadn't been clicking enough boxes, it finally went through. While I'm out the dollars this seller ripped me for I have some satisfaction knowing he apparently forgot he can't lambast honest buyers and his threat of ruining my feedback with a "mirrored" negative feedback can't be realized. I like e-bay again!
