Ethanol is the same thing as moonshine.Ethanol will burn in anything gas will burn in.You might have to put a couple size bigger jets in the Holley carb,but thats not hard to do.If it has old rubber lines on it somewhere probably need to change to newer kind that ethanol wont hurt.Might have to set the timing different.Might want to increase the compression ratio.Old guys that ran moonshine would know what to change,but it might not be all that much.The more pure the ethanol the better.Ford made his cars to run on it to start with.There was even a TV show called Thunder Road and thats what it was about,cars that ran on moonshine.It was back in the 50s I think.
