A 7X7 slab can be lifted. Dog four sides (not corners) and make a place for jacks and a nice piece of solid concrete block to jack on. use four jacks, and lift it up to service a new pipe I would use a burried pipe at least one foot below frost line, and a frost proof hydrant to prevent winter freezing. Block UP the concrete if getting under it at all!! JimN
