My flail mower seems very loud when I am using it. The bearings and everything seem fine to me with no slop. I flipped the mower over and found a knife holder had lost both knifes that hang there. Could it be out of balance that it makes that much noise and shake everything? Also, the blades that are on in are probably 4-5" long. I have a bunch of shorter blades and would like to replace all of the blades with the smaller blades, 3".
