FEMA is a joke. Look at hurricane Katrina, look at floods in general, I dont know about wildfires and if FEMA gets involved. The Federal Goofamint (funny but true) cant seal the Mexico/US border so why would you think that FEMA would be able to respond in any timely manner. Home owners insurance doesnt cover floods--hopefully federal disaster relief will come to the aid of many. I dont what my area would look like if we got a foot of rain in a day or two.
