Got 65 acres ready to bale this morning as soon as I can get my computer chores done and get out there. Hopefully, just a "sprinkle" of rain.
Swather turned out to be "operator error". I had changed the pitch on the reel and hadn't re-adjusted the darned stop for the depth control.........was feeding those steel hume tines into the sickle. **EMBARRESSED**!!
Big disappointment came yesterday tho. Just about broke my heart when this happened. Guess I flat ran the wheels off of that jasper.
Now, I'm down to one rake until I can rebuild that twisted=off axle. Sure slows things down! :>(
