Put a box fan at the entrance to the crawlspace and set it up where it is pulling the air out of the crawlspace (this requires all of the vents being open as you said they were). This will create enough circulation that it will dry the crawlspace out in a couple of nice summer days. Then you can turn off the fan and go under and start inspecting for a small leak as described in the other posts.
