Here's a nifty trick I just thought up to resurface a cylinder head... You will need...
11x8 sheet of glass. 11x8 sheet of emery cloth, 50, 150, and 250 grit. 3M Super 77 Spray Adhesive.
1. Clean the sheet of glass. 2. Spray the sheet of glass with adhesive. 3. Mount the sheet of emery cloth on the sheet of glass. 4. Move cylinder head back and forth until you get a mirror finish... clean off loose grit with air compressor.
This method worked great for the aluminum heads on my Kawasaki powered riding mower.
