It has happened in the Ag industry with cattle. It has a great impact on the large operations where they run several hundred head and when one that is infected gets in, it spreads rapidly. On a small farm where there are around 50, it may infect a few and is much easier to maintain.
The thing with emissions, normal vehical drivers blame farms and construction for the emissions, but the truth is there are more vehicals running 24/7 than equipment. If they want to reduce emissions, fix the big problem and not the small.
there is a new design for engine valves that cut way down on emissions. The traditional popet valves are not as ecinomical as the new rotary valve.
