Here in Ohio they're building new schools all over the place. But in my thinking new buildings do not equal higher quality education. I spent a couple of my earliest years in an old 2 room country school. Good teachers and the right topics make the difference and those don't need to cost much extra. Also, some very bright kids come from home schooling.
