what you mean injectors have been "cleaned". if there is fuel at the injection pump and injectors have been removed and installed again,connect the fuel lines to the injectors, leave nuts loose,crank engine over till fuel appears at the injector connections,tighten the nuts and start till it fires. if the inj pump has been left in place,then there is no need to time it,just make sure the shutoff lever is in run position if it is manual.if an electric solenoid then verefy if if is energized.
