do I need a hotter mag or could timing be off even if it runs great or do I have a fuel or air problem.Suggestions appreciated also I need a manual for a 38 have one for a 32 I have restored my grandpa's old fordson & painted it orange.Looks great but when I can get it cranked.Usually starts pretty good when cold but after it gets hot it will break your back. Put new rings ,valves.Plugs keepgetting a lot of soot on them.No matter where I get my fuel (lean or rich).Also seem to have trouble getting fuel to plugs when first cranking
