I faced a similar situation. I have 15 acres of woods with two acres clear and a 340' driveway. I was able to pick up a used Bobcat 310 for loader work (even though it's alittle small). My terrain is rough so I also have two Wheelhorse tractors for cutting grass and plowing. The Bobcat gets called into action after about 5 inches of snow in winter time.

Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
