If it really is water glass thats holding your head on,did you have it running when you poiured it in?How much did you pour in it?
If you poured it in while it was running,and kept it running while it was circulating,and it stuck the head on,I dont know what you could do.Maybe somebody knows.I think maybe heat would soften it up,but thats just a guess.Maybe hook a hoist to it and heat it with a torch where its stuck,but first look real close and see if there are any bolts you missed.
