I'd say they quoted the wrong price over the phone. A fine thread grade eight of that size is going to be over a buck apiece. But they shouldn't be two bucks apiece I don't think. I may be wrong since I haven't bought bolts in a month or so. With the wild swings in steel prices two bucks each wouldn't surprise me though. It would annoy the manure out of me but not surprise me. ...Randy
