Yes ; Bush was/is a disappointment. BUT as far as Katrina is concerned far too many just sat around waiting for someone to come and save them instead of getting out of there ahead of time. Right now another one is coming right up in there. Everyone should be out of there right now , but their not ! Something like that town built below sealevel makes no sense at all.
