If it is not down to the cords then forget about it, nothing to worry about. All the other replies are for tires that have had cord damage, some only minor, others for a complete hole thru the whole tire. Where there is cord dammage they cut out the dammaged layers of cord and replace then one at a time until it is all built back up, but with rubber covering the cords you only have a looks problem, not a use problem.
