Well the news actually hit the market on Friday at about noon as that's when the Dow took off too the upside. All the major banks traded hard too the upside in the Friday after market. So it just looks like us peons was the only ones left out of hearing when the actual news broke.
Now, if you bought the banks on Thrusday, then your gonna be smiling Monday. The world markets are all up 4% to 5%, world bamks up 9% to 11% as of late Sunday.
