If you are looking at a Super C,it would not have any lift arms with the ball unless it has had an aftermarket 3 point conversion. To my knowledge, the only parts not available would be replacement parts for the 2-point fast hitch. Everything else should be available no problem, either from your local CaseIH dealer, or from many other sources. I have one, which is a family heirloom if you will, and they are a wonderful machine to use and enjoy. As poor as it is, my memory still recalls hour after hour of mowing hay, raking hay, hauling loads of both hay and corn silage, cultivating corn, hauling manure, etc. Plenty of power and great manuverability for many, many jobs. One word of caution, in my opinion, though. They are not good for a loader - the engine block serves as the frame and with the torque tube have to handle all the abuse that a loader will create. If you want/need a loader, get something newer with 4WD, power steering. and 3 point on which you can place something (a 30 or 55 gallon barrel filled with concrete works great) as a counterweight.
