The person that owns and runs this website has stated several times that some degree of deviance from a forums stated focus is tolerated. If it wasn't, this would be a pretty dry and boring place. Yeah, we try to discuss tractors - but we are also real people with other things going on, as well as other concerns.
#1 - I suspect nobody forces you to read all the posts - so when you don't like one, why not just skip over it? Pretty easy to do with a keyboard.
#2 - Your post has nothing to do with "tractors", yet this is the "Tractor Talk" forum. So, how about YOUR integrity?
I'll veer off a main point whenever I feel like it and it has nothing to do with "honesty" or "itegrity", or lack thereof.
I've got many years of hands-on experience in many trades - especially farm tractors. I offer what I know or think when I can. To the converse, many have helped me with their experiences. Considering the amount of time many people take to answer questions - with no money involved - i.e. a "free" exchange of information, seems getting side-tracked once in awhile need not be policed by you.
