Could you be a little more specific as "running a little rough"?? Intermittent missing?? No missing but uneven running (fluctuations in power)? "Rough" all the time?? If not all the time, when: cold? hot? pulling lightly? pulling heavily?--stuff like that. Long distance diagnosis is difficult without detailed info. Generally, too much gas will show as heavily dark or blackish exhaust. If you haven't already, you might put a heads-up on the Deere forum here; another Deere owner would probably be the most helpful. Good luck.
