That pump is very common and all parts are available - OEM from Stanadyne/Roosamaster and aftermarket from Spaco. If your pump was not siezed, it could probably be fixed for less then $50 in parts. Since it IS siezed - you're talking an extra $500 in parts to fix - but they ARE all available. Same basic pump is still in production. Not much different from the DB2 pumps used on GM 6.2s, GM military 6.5s, and Ford-IH 6.9s -in pickup trucks and Humvees.
In regard to parts in general for your hoe? I've got a 1967 Case 580CK and have been able to get any part I need. Zero problems from Case except the prices.
Deere Allis, Ford, IH et. al. use similar pumps. Your best bet is find a used pump from a Case 188D or 207D that still turns freely - put a $12 seal kit into it - and use it. I've got a pump from a 188D bolted to my 207D right now - in my 580CK. I had to recalibrate it, that's all.
