Here's my son's escape vehicle. A 1949 JD B that he restored while he was in highschool. Along with a old hay wagon made from a '30' Chevrolet truck frame. Put a picnic table on the wagon, and took the whole wedding party 3 miles to the reception. (That's me on the tractor!) Tractor belonged to his great Uncle, wagon to his grand-dad. Said he wanted to include them in his wedding somehow. (they're deceased.)

Story was that the deceased lady had hitch-hiked to the Deere factory to get a tractor. During war time, and she NEEDED the tractor for her husband. Story continues that folks at Deere found one at a dealer, and sent her home by train. She rode in the truck when tractor was delivered.
