Actually sold a piece of property the other day, check cleared, guy didn't back out, house didn't burn down during closing, couldn't believe my good fortune. Horses are mostly out at the other farm, and a good shot of rain started the grass growing again, so they should be good til Christmas. Barn is full of hay, have managed to get the tomatoes covered with a tarp each night we have frosted, so still pickin' em and eatin' em right off the vine, with 3 year old grandson. No chance of losing my job- I'm self employed, and the worse things get, the more work I have. Only thing I kick myself for is watching too much news on the tube. . .
