When I went for schooling, they used to put up all the safety grams of injuries and fatalities. Some were really stupid like welding on oil and gas tanks and stuff. A while back someone on here claimed they cut apart old oil tanks all the time without doing any cleaning. Another stupid one is welding on wheels with the tire still on and inflated. A few people have been killed or seriously injured from that. It's always better to be extra careful than to not be careful enough. Dave
