I broke a fan belt and am having trouble finding a way to get the new belt around the crankshaft pulley on my Ford 850. I have a wagner loader, an adapter assembly is attached to the crankshaft pulley then a drive shaft attaches the adapter assy to the pump which exits the tractor outside the bottom of the grill. If can not get the drive shaft to pull free from the adapter. On the drawing from the Wagner website looks like the drive shaft screws into the adapter, mine has spline so it does not look like it would unscrew. I am green regarding tractor repair and any help would be very much appreciated.
