Case Model 480 BCK with Loader

I'am looking to buy a tractor with a front end loader ..Yesterday I looked at a Case Model 480BCK tractor with a model 26B Case loader on it which looked nice not all beat up.This is a 1974 tractor but the hour meter is broken the owner said the unit runs fine he used it for a landscaping business...My QUESTION is what is a unit like this worth??? He wants $6,500. for it.....Thanks in advance..Ron
