Like most of the 'machinery enamel' out there, it's pretty cheap ($ wise) and basically gets the job done, however I guess you always get what you pay for. Over time, it will dull somewhat and certainly won't give you the 'body shop' finish that you'd get with a good acrylic enamel with hardener, however as I said, it basically gets the job done. Also, it marks more easily as well. I've inquired about a hardener for the machinery enamel I have used (Glidden) and the guy at the paint store looks at you sort of strange when I ask so I assume that there isn't anything. Try to hunt down an email address or website for rustoleum, they'd probably be able to help.
