I think some places are hurting worse than others. Here, it doesnt appear too bad, no more foreclosures than normal in the paper. Main things I've noticed... fewer cars on teh interstate at night, by 10-11 pm its almost deserted. Slower payments from my regular customers. Everyone is still paying their bills but they are definitely slower, usually I dont get the check until the day the account starts to get hit with interest. Now realestate, that I've seen a real hit in. I've got some property that I've had on the market since 2006. First few tracts back in 2004 sold like hotcakes, last one hasnt even had a strong nibble on in 6 months.
