Take it to a radiator repair shop and they will take the top and bottom shells off of it and relace the core. Should cost in the neighborhood of $150 to $175. Or give him free ball passes for a period to more than cover the cost if he's a baseball fan. Either way, you got a rebuilt radiator for considerably less than a new one.
