MY fahther had been gone for alomst a year when I wrote that. My brother gave me the idea accually. I had gotten back a tractor my Dad had. it belonged to my great grandfather, long story short, I had taken it to a show, and for the first time it had been back through the town, which was so much bigger, tha it was originally brought through in 1939. He made the comment about if tractors could talk, that it could tell us what the town looked like back in 39, thus the story was born. M Farmall is accually suppose to be my DAD, and is accually his tractor. I have put toghether about 10 or so more stires about M Farmall, but really havent had the time since then to get them in ink. Im currently working on a book about tractors, and when this project is done, M Farmall may come out and play.
