If the battery is new and charged up, there are three things that might cause slow cranking. Cables and connections (including the Starter relay) A bad motor with dragging armature. And a engine that is hard to turn from either a partial seizure, or thick oil. Try jumping it with a Auto battery pos to pos, neg to neg. If it whirls it is a bad new battery, or not charged before use when purchased. If that also is weak, clean all connections and look at the condition of the cables and Relay. They can have internal corrosion not readily visible. Clean all connections shiny bright, then spray with LPS corrosion inhibitor. If it is the motor, a replacement, or new might be needed. Take it to a repair shop. The engine oil should be 10-30 wt. if thicker, it will be an issue. Was it running perfectly when it was operating, what caused you to replace the battery? JimN
