we took an old new holland blower set at the end of the trench with a flip spout that would be able to rotate by loosening the clamp and setting it to wear we wanted it . Blew silages all the way to the end evenly about 5 inches deep then packed it whith a small compact 4x4 jd 950. I worked well and the farmall m on it could take the tandem chuck wagons unloading on the high sweep speed filled above the third beater. It did not burn much gas with a 2 foot tall pipe on it either.
