A dry tire with 500lbs of cast iron on the outside will outpull and ride better than a tire 500lbs of solution inside. Plus the weight is only required for two months of the year and compacts the soil reducing yields the rest of the year. Pull the cast weights the rest of the year. Plus a leak won't ruin everything that gets wet. Better to spend the cost of weights of any sort on the difference for radial tires.
