Today was one of those great days that was spent on my tractors. I have a Farmall A (41) pure and plain and a Farmall M (51 that I play with but today is the real reason for playing with tractors. The first Saturday in December is our only local parade and I alwys do it. This year my good friend and his wife took the A and my haywagon and made a float for the Special Olympics Athletes while I donated the trailer for a church float and pulled it with the M. What a day. Started of at 8 AM getting things hooked up and then drove the tractors to Murphy, 15 miles away. Starting temp was 26 degrees . Then after the parade, driving back home another 15 miles in 32 degree heat. What a great day. Both tractors performed flawlessly. Had to put gasohol in the M and it started to backfire down hills so had to richen it up sum to stop the popping. Henry
