It is on the shelf at your local grocery store. It is NOT baking soda, and yes it is made by Arm and Hammer.

It works extrememly well. Sometimes it takes several attempts to get off all the rust, but it will come out 100% rust free if you keep after it.
A good assortment of brushes, both plastic bristles and soft steel or brass is a must. Take it out of the solution after a couple of days, brush and rinse with clear water and it if need more time, dunk it again.
You need to prime it immediately or it will get a film of surface rust real quick.
