Rich, Take the cover off between the seat and the steering column. Push the clutch pedal down and check to see if the input shaft to the transmission stops spinning. If not you need to checkout the braking function of the clutch mechanism. As the clutch fully releases, there are two small round brake pads which are suppost to stop the input shaft. Good Luck, Kent
