9N Carb problems

I just finished re-building the engine on my 9N from the crank up. Now I am trying to get the carb adjusted. It is missing quite a bit, and does'nt idle worth a ****. I think it might be an air leak somewhere in the system leaning the mixture too much. Any hints or ideas? Am I to the point of re-building the carb too? (All jets and needles look OK)
