4 feet of 6 inch stove pipe with an elbow on the end under the oil pan of the tractor with a tarp over the hood and put a propane torch in the end of the pipe. the elbow acts like a chimmey and the flame is 4 feet from the tractor. It is amazing how much heat it will put out and you don't have to have it roaring either. I started my A farmall that way one winter every time I had to plow snow. When it got warm it wasn't too hard to crank. Bud
