They sell aftermarket gear reduction kits, but they are expensive. Many tractors are also easy to change by just inserting the opposite side of the PTO output shaft into the tractor. But I assume you have read the operators manual and it isn't this easy. A lot of larger tractors didn't offer 540 but you could install one from a smaller tractor which I seen done on several IH's. I would anticipate that you could also change the gears or pulleys/belts on the baler. I've got an M&W mower and you just switch positions of the driven and driver gears in the gear boxes. Personally if you can't easily change the baler I would spend the money and get the expensive aftermarket gear reduction.
