When I first put my unit on the 70, yes it would sit there not moving and turn the front wheels. Since then I have drained the system several times because the fluid was getting real nasty from moisture. And when I replaced the hydraulic lines, somehow I got oil on the fan belt. With my pump setting where the genny usually sets, I probably got in a hurry and splashed some oil on the belt so now when I try to turn it just sitting, it tries to but the belt start squeeling. So I think if I replaced the belt and degreased the pulleys or something, it should work good again. I don't know the model number of my torque generator but I do know that Eaton lists a regular duty one and a heavy duty one, so maybe that is part of the reason why it would work on one tractor and not another. I am really impressed with how it works, granted it isn't like the 4020 with one finger steering but when I have a 1000 pound round bale on the front, I don't have to wrestle with the steering wheel.
